Workin' out
One of the things I told myself a few days ago is that I would start working out every night so I would be looking HAWT for VidCon. (Because, you know, apparently when I said I was looking to hook up there I wasn’t kidding lolololololol). Also, I’m self-conscious about being so skinny. I haven’t started yet though. Una pena! I have friends who work out. Maybe I should just ask to...

albertsabyss: I like Time, but I can’t subscribe to that until I’m like 30, otherwise it would be weird. I like Nat Geo, but my best friend already has dibs on that. I hate Nylon Guys, but I keep buying it because there’s always one article I really want to read i.e. Jospeh Gordon Levitt, Michael Cera, Michel Gondry. Halp? I love Time. Why is subscribing to Time weird? Am I unusually old for...

Went to a birthday dinner tonight
Found out I’m the only one in that group looking for a job. Everyone else is either studying or working. I’ve been unemployed (EDIT: I have a part-time customer service job, but that doesn’t count. I still rely on government support) since November 2009 when I graduated university. That’s nearly 7 months ago. FMLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL

Actually one of my favourite beers is from Austria, but I haven’t had very many Australian beers; I’ve heard tell you have some good ones. It is all lies. Propaganda to make you participate in our beer economy....

cadwaladr: jermination: The signs at my school saying cell phones should be turned off and put away are in comic sans. I laugh and pull my cell phone out when I read one of the signs. There’s some local boy scout headquarters in St Paul, near the cathedral, and out in front, carved in fucking stone, is the title of the place, in comic sans. I wanted to cry when I first noticed it. Comic...

jamesisaghostdad asked: Replying to your formspring reply in the ask box because it got too long.

As always, I have my stack of bibles right here on my desk, so I just checked. The footnote says "Psalms 9 and 10 may have been originally a single acrostic poem, the stanzas of which begin with the successive letters of the Hebrew alphabet. In the Septuagint they constitute one psalm."
